About the role

We are looking for a driven and committed Sales Representative who is passionate about technology, sales and building strong customer relationships. In this role you will play a key part in developing and maintaining trust with our customers while identifying new business opportunities in passive fiber and mobile networks. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and develop new customers within fiber and mobile telecom sector.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Participate in business meetings and negotiations.
  • Perform market analyses, follow up on sales performance, and report results.
  • Travel within Finland and occasionally to Sweden and other parts of Europe to meet customers and participate in trade fairs.

Who are you

We are looking for a result-driven and motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience in the fiber and/or mobile telecom industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Strong negotiation and people skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A result-oriented mindset and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel for work.
