Auditor

At Hexatronic's Annual General Meeting 2024, Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) was re-elected as auditor, in accordance with the Nomination Committee's proposal. The auditor in charge is authorized public accountant Johan Malmqvist.

The audit assignment includes examination of the annual report and accounting records, as well as the consolidated financial statements, and the administration of the Board of Directors and the CEO. The auditor also provides advice and assistance on various issues related to the auditors' review. The auditor's assignment also includes reviewing that the company has prepared a corporate governance report and that the content of this is consistent with the other parts of the annual report, and that a sustainability report has been prepared.

The auditor reports to the General Meeting through the audit report.
