We are thrilled to announce our attendance at the upcoming 2024 FTTH Conference at hub27, Messe Berlin in Germany on March 19-21. As the premier event for Fiber To The Home professionals across Europe, this conference provides an opportunity to connect with industry leaders, share insights and best practices, and explore the latest trends and technology. We look forward to joining the conversation and contributing our experiences and expertise to the community.
End-to-end solutions
Welcome to our booth H25 / G13-G14 and explore our end-to-end solutions for FTTH. Our holistic approach ensures that all system components work seamlessly together, and we create fiber solutions with maximum compatibility, always with sustainability in mind. Our air-blown solutions are efficient to install, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership. We also offer training services and field support to make your project succeed.
Apticom and Opternus, two Hexatronic Group companies, are also showing their products and solutions in the booth. Opternus is a leading company in the distribution of fiber optic connection and optical measurement technology. Team up with Apticom to discover their wide range of high-performance optical transceivers, optical and copper cables, long haul optical transmission systems, and passive fiber optic infrastructure.
Stop by and meet our team of experts to discuss your project!
Workshop on sustainable and future-proof next-generation FTTH networks
We are proud to co-host Workshop in track 5 "Building and operating sustainable and future proof next generation FTTH networks providing XGS-PON and beyond" with EXFO and Calix on March 19, 9:30-11:00.
Building and operating sustainable and future-proof next-generation FTTH networks requires a holistic approach of active equipment, passive network, and centralized testing and monitoring of the build infrastructure.
Together with EXFO and Calix, we will present the combined solution, addressing improved cost efficiency, speed of installation, and sustainability. The workshop will showcase how using today's technologies can simplify design, build, validate, activate, and operate an optical network that will sustain for 25 years plus, whilst achieving optimized CAPEX and OPEX.
Attending the workshop will provide you with the following key takeaways:
- Evolving active equipment enables a cost-optimized network architecture and services to monetize the infrastructure.
- Optimized passive network can be used to further improve CAPEX / OPEX, deployment speed, and to address the shortage of skilled labor.
- Centralized monitoring of FTTH networks improves network quality during the build phase (implementation) and in operation to achieve the best TCO.
Workshop on closing the gap of scope 3
Pernilla Eriksson, Hexatronic Group Sustainability Manager, will talk about Circular product in design in the Workshop in track 5 "Close the gap of scope 3". Pernilla is a member of the FTTH Council Europe’s Sustainability Committee and the workshop will address one of the most urgent topics for our industry. The discussion will articulate around the following items:
- Carbon Footprint Project FTTH council
- Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) / Product Environmental Footprint (PEF)
- Circular product design
Bringing everyone closer
