The divisible seals for microducts ensure that the microducts, whether empty or occupied by a cable, are sealed tightly against gas and water infiltration.

The functionaly of the seals is tested in combination with the Hexatronic cables.

The divisible sealing elements are designed to be used on both unoccupied and occupied microducts. They are intended for use in combination with nanocables or microcables. The products consist of a housing, a seal inserted into the housing, and a clamping wedge. The sealing elements are available for duct dimensions from 7 mm to 20 mm and cable outer diameters from 0.8 mm to 13 mm.
