Hexatronic Supports Finland and the Baltic Countries
02 Nov 2015
Hexatronic has recently opened an office in Helsinki to be closer to customers in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Technical Sales Manager, Marko Merenheimo and Business Manager, Tomi Jääskeläinen will be able to support customers from the moment they start planning a fiber optic network or data center project, right up to the moment of completion.
The focus for Marko and Tomi is currently to introduce the Hexatronic Micronet and Ribbonet® Air Blown Fiber systems to Finland. They want to build on and further establish Hexatronic on the Finnish and Baltic markets as a total solutions supplier for passive networks.
With the opening of the new office, Hexatronic Finland are now much closer to the customers they support, which means that they are able to go out to customers at any stage of a project. If a customer needs help with a product or a certain technique, Hexatronic Finland can offer product demonstrations, presentations or hands-on support when the installation is taking place.
“We deliver and support everything our customers need, including training and technical support,” says Tomi Jääskeläinen, Business Manager for Hexatronic Finland & Baltic (pictured to the right).
Tomi and Marko offer in depth product knowledge and support with all areas of fiber optic network infrastructure including comprehensive fiber solutions for datacenters. In addition they can help with combining power distribution for a more efficient means of energy consumption.
“We want to stay close to our customers and help them build high quality and long lasting fiber optical networks,” says Technical Sales Manager, Marko Merenheimo.
The office is a spacious 96 square meter facility in Herttoniemi, the eastern part of Helsinki. At the moment Tomi and Marko have given several demonstrations to customers and held a few promising meetings there.
“We think that this new office gives us the chance to serve our customers better in the future. The location is great and now we have a showroom and meeting room all in the same space,” says Tomi.
